Owners and managers must confirm each sign-in with a code from an authenticator app. This keeps children's and families' information safe even if someone learns your email password.
- Install an authenticator app on your phone (for example Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).
- In the app, add an account and scan this code:

Two-step sign-in
Open your authenticator app and type the 6-digit code for TNR Hub.
Lost your phone? Ask Brain Candy to reset your two-step sign-in. Until then you can't see nursery information, which is what keeps it safe.
No nursery yet
You're signed in, but your account isn't linked to a nursery yet.
Ask your nursery's owner to add you. Then sign out and back in.

Ask an owner or manager to open Tablets in the app on their own phone or computer, and type this code:

No staff have set a tablet PIN yet. Each deputy or practitioner sets their PIN in My account after signing in with their own email.

Sign-in safety
Use this if you lose a phone or signed in on a shared computer. Every device, including this one, will need to sign in again.
Tablet PIN
Your PIN lets you unlock the nursery's registered tablets: pick your name, type your PIN. Never share it. Five wrong tries locks it until a manager unlocks it, or you set a new one here.
